Children’s Services Child Support Worker 

The Child Support Worker will be working in a second stage shelter for women and children who have been impacted by family violence and/or trauma. The successful candidate will be working together with child support team, residential counsellors, family support workers, director of children’s services and the lead child support worker in a professional, child-focused and trauma-informed program that meet the needs of typically developing children and children impacted by toxic stress and trauma.

Part-Time Residential Family Support Worker (17.5 hrs/week)

The Part-time Family Support Worker will be working in the second stage residential shelter for women and children who have escaped domestic violence and been impacted by family violence and/or trauma. The successful candidate will be working together with the Team Lead, Residential Counsellors, Family Support Workers, the Intensive Case Manager, the child support team, and the Director of Residential and Community Services in a professional, trauma-informed program that meets the needs of women and children impacted by toxic stress and trauma.

Family Day Home Consultant (Term-Certain)

This is a term-certain, full-time position or 35 hrs/wk until December 31, 2018.  The Child Care Consultant performs home assessments and approvals and provides monitoring and support visits with the Educator in their home on a regular basis to ensure the Government of Alberta standards, Accreditation standards and the Agency standards are being met.
